Delivery Times

All Original Commissions are painted to order and are generally delivered within 12-15 days of receiving cleared payment.

Return Policy

Items returned to us in perfect condition will be eligible for a full refund minus postage charges if paid. Items must be returned within 14 days.

If you are not happy with the item or if there are any damages, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item via email - info@boshart.co.uk.

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulation if you have received your item and have changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return them for credit as long as you inform us within seven working days of receipt of the product, you return the item within 14 days, and goods are returned in a reasonable condition and in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and of insuring it during transit, except where the work is faulty or the wrong work has been dispatched.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Damages

Full refunds or repaints will be offered for any painting lost or damaged in transit. In these circumstances, please keep the artwork and all original packaging and email us within 24 hours of the item arriving.

It is preferable for the recipient to sign "NOT CHECKED" with the carrier if there is any concern about damage.

The images and designs used on this website and in the paintings produced are the property of BOSHart or the respective artist or copyright owner. The latter are used by BOSHart with authorisation from copyright owners or their agents. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images, designs or any part of those images or designs.

We reserve the right to use any images of paintings in our marketing, advertising or on this or any other BOSHart website.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement.

Any information given to BOSHart during the ordering process or in your contact with us as well as any that we know about you by other means will be protected by us. All information is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. When you visit, register or order products or services you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details and credit or debit card information. We may also collect information about your usage of our website as well as information about you from e-mails or letters you send to us. 

The use of your data

By buying from BOSHart you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out above. You also give your consent to our handling of your data as outlined in this statement. We will not distribute your data to any third party.

We may contact you in terms of offers or competitions. You may unsubscribe from this at any time by emailing info@boshart.co.uk.

Your information will enable us to provide you with access to all parts of our site and to supply the goods or services you have requested. It will also enable us to bill you and to contact you where necessary concerning your orders. We will also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.

In particular, we may use your information to contact you for your views on our services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the site or to our services. Moreover, unless you have told us that you do not wish us to do so, we might also use your information to let you know about other products and services which we offer which may be of interest to you and we may contact you by post, telephone or fax, as well as by e-mail. You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date.  If you wish to do this, please contact us.  We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
